Just passing off of my 3 rd day without smokes and its damn nuts. But I so got damn agree. I think cold turkey is THE ONLY way to quit. whatever else nonsense you fall your self into patches, gum etc. eventually a day f reckoning comes and you gotta deal with it! I have though heard chantix worked for a guy I know, he got off the smokes for 2-3 months and then dropped chantix but could deal with it without much of hassel.
